How to Apply
Pre-Application:
You are required to submit a pre-application summary before submitting a full application. Replies will be given within 10 working days as to whether it would be worthwhile for you to submit a full application.

If you are applying for Proof of Market grant,download the GR&D Proof of Market Pre-Application Summary.
Please email your summary to businessgrants@financesoutheast.com or your local Business Link advisor can do this on your behalf.
Full Application:
Once you have received advice on your pre-application summary, the Guidance Notes for Applicants will provide detailed guidance on the application process and selection criteria, and should be read in conjunction with completing your full application.
To make a full application please submit:
- An Application form (available below)
- Financial Appendices (available below)
- Project proposal & technical appendices (details in the guidance notes for applicants)
- Your business plan
- Last 2 years full accounts and latest management accounts
- Current and proposed funding

To apply, please email a copy of your application, including the application form and all supporting documents, to businessgrants@financesoutheast.com and send an unbound, director-signed, full hardcopy of your application and supporting documentation to:

Submitting your complete application in both electronic and hard copy format will help us to avoid delays. We recommend that you remain in contact with your Business Link advisor throughout the application process.
Please note that your application may be forwarded to Technical Specialists, the Patent Office and our accountants, but we cannot be held responsible for the electronic security of your application or the postal service.
Business Link Innovation Team
