Angel Training Event

The South East Capital Alliance will be running a Business Angel training course on Valuation & Shareholder Agreements on Wednesday 17th February from 2pm-5.30pm at our offices here in Camberley.

It is targeted at business angels at all stages from those who have just been introduced to investment in small companies to seasoned investors who have made several investments and, in some cases, exited successfully. The programme will be a combination of presentations, group discussions and guest speakers including an experienced SECA business angel and a solicitor from Blake Lapthorn.

There will be a small charge to cover costs, namely £25 plus 17.5% VAT, ie £29.38. Payment is requested prior to the event either by cheque or BACS transfer. A VAT invoice will be raised for each delegate.
